Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data stays intact — only the available features and limits change.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
Is my data safe?

Do I need training to use Sudridha?
No. Sudridha is designed for gym owners, not IT teams. Most gyms are fully set up within one day. We also offer free onboarding support.
Is the software available in Nepali?
The interface is in English. Our support team can assist you in both Nepali and English.
Do you support gyms outside Kathmandu?
Yes. Sudridha is cloud-based, so it works for gyms in Pokhara, Lalitpur, and anywhere else in Nepal — not just Kathmandu.
Do I need special hardware for attendance?
No. Unlike fingerprint or face-scanner systems that cost Rs 15,000–20,000 per machine, Sudridha works on any phone or tablet you already own — just place it on a stand and members check in by scanning a QR code.
Is support the same on every plan?
Yes. Every plan — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — gets the same free setup help, a demo class, and WhatsApp/phone support. No plan gets worse support than another.
Do you offer on-site visits?
Most questions are solved quickly over WhatsApp, phone, or a remote demo call. In an exception case — if a client genuinely can't get set up through online support — we can arrange an on-site visit, but only for gyms inside the Kathmandu Valley.
